The coastal path at Whitehead.
Here is the coast just outside Glenarm. You can see the hills over in Scotland on the horizon.
While I was checking that the pole was still standing (check the posts made earlier in my blog), I saw something in the grass. I took a closer look and discovered that it was some kind of reptilian tail. If anyone knows what it might be, please leave a comment here. It certainly is not anything native to this country.
On Saturday, Keith and I reinstated the pole to its rightful position. The whole process could not have gone any more smoothly and if the cement has set as it should, the only way to ruin our work will be with the use of heavy machinery or a saw. Video of the installation will be uploaded soon.
